Building a Direct Support Channel for Ghonda Residents
Recently, our team met with Shri Ajay Mahawar ji, MLA of Ghonda, Delhi, to discuss a focused initiative aimed at improving public–representative connectivity in the constituency.
The conversation centered on a simple but powerful idea — creating a dedicated digital platform where residents can submit their concerns, challenges, or requests, and ensuring those issues are tracked and addressed efficiently.
The meeting opened the door to a structured, citizen-first model of communication. With aligned vision and clear action points, we’re now moving ahead to develop and launch this portal for the people of Ghonda.
This upcoming platform will serve as:
A streamlined space for residents to share their problems
A transparent mechanism for tracking resolutions
A bridge between the public and the constituency office
Work is already underway, and we look forward to unveiling a solution designed to make public support more accessible, responsive, and accountable for everyone in Ghonda.
