Motivational Seminars/Workshops

Ideal Institute of Management & Technology

I addressed the students of Ideal Institute of Management & Technology on “Career Planning and Entrepreneurship as a Career” as part of the institute’s Entrepreneurship Development initiative.

The session focused on helping students understand the realities of entrepreneurship and the importance of planning their careers early. We discussed the difference between simply having ideas and building sustainable ventures, along with the discipline and long-term thinking required to create meaningful impact.

Entrepreneurship should not be seen as a trend but as a responsibility to solve real problems and build value. It was encouraging to see students actively engaging in the discussion and exploring career paths beyond conventional choices.

Through such interactions, I continue to encourage young minds to think clearly about their careers and develop a mindset focused on creation and problem-solving.
