I recently had the opportunity to spend time with the bright and curious children at Susmit Foundation, and the experience was genuinely energizing. Their questions, their dreams, and their fearless imagination reminded me why nurturing young talent matters so deeply.

During our interaction, we spoke about staying focused, building self-belief, and turning ideas into action. I’ve always believed that if a young person can dream with clarity, they can shape their own path — and these children proved that with their eagerness to learn and grow.

Our conversation naturally moved toward real-life experiences — the wins, the setbacks, the pivots — and how each milestone contributes to building a stronger version of oneself. I also shared perspectives from my journey at Ready Coder Pvt. Ltd., my work with startups, and the mindset that keeps an entrepreneur moving forward.

What stayed with me most was the Foundation’s commitment to creating possibilities for these young learners. I’m glad to support their mission, and I look forward to contributing to their initiatives in a meaningful way.
