Motivational Seminars/Workshops

Hansraj College, University of Delhi

I was invited by the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Hansraj College, University of Delhi, to conduct a session on early-stage entrepreneurship.

During the session, I interacted with students and aspiring founders on how to navigate the first phase of building a venture — from identifying opportunities to understanding the realities of an early-stage journey. The discussion focused on:

  1. validating ideas and building a strong foundation

  2. transitioning from concept to prototype with available resources

  3. leveraging incubation and mentorship ecosystems

  4. understanding early challenges that shape the entrepreneurial mindset

  5. exploring innovation pathways available within the university ecosystem

The aim was to motivate students to look at entrepreneurship not as a distant goal, but as a practical path that begins with curiosity, clarity, and consistent action.

The session concluded with an engaging Q&A, where students raised thoughtful questions around startup challenges, risk-taking, team building, and the mindset required to move from ideation to execution.
